Powerlifting – for risk-free power-lifting experince!


There are four broad categories: weight trainers, bodybuilders, powerlifters and weightlifters. Weight lifters train with weights for general fitness purposes, or to benefit them in another sport, body builders train specifically to build their muscle size, and power lifters train purely for strength and often to participate in a sport called "powerlifting". Powerlifters compete on three lifts: bench press, squat, and deadlift.

Bars and plates provide room for an excellent workout, time and time again for those concentrating in powerlifting. Barbells are available in wide variety. A type of black oxide coated bar weighs only 5lbs and has a maximum capacity of 80 lbs. The short length of the bar makes it ideal for use in group- exercises.

Bench press racks with adjustable safety spotters used in powerlifting allows you to work your chest and arm muscles safely, conveniently and effectively. There are padded leg developers for leg extensions and curls to help isolate quadriceps and hamstrings. There is also provision for easily adjusting the incline on your bench or the uprights to target a specific area of the chest, shoulders or arms. Benches too comes in different models.

In powerlifting, the barbell bench press can pose great risks, if bar loose balance or get stuck to your chest. The new version of the Bench Press totally eliminates the risk factor. What is needed is you just lay down in between the “U” shape lever arm and press. While you push out to your maximum, you have the feeling of complete safety and control throughout the entire range of motion. You can use the lever arm for shrugs and rows…that comes a bonus!
